You and your guests are able to reserve outdoor picnic tables or our indoor auditorium space, a naturalist-led program of your choice, access to Nature’s Playground and the Earthplace trails. We offer nature-and science-themed programs for children turning 3 and older. We also offer traveling birthday parties and can come to you!

Please note, our outdoor venue does NOT have heaters or a covered area, however, you are allowed to bring your own popup tent with weights. Our indoor and outdoor venues are not interchangeable, your reservation is only good for the space you’ve specifically reserved. Balloons and confetti are not allowed.

Booking outside of these timeslots incurs a $150 fee.

Birthday Party Timelines for am & pm Slots

9:30am/1pm – Parents arrive decorate
10am/1:30pm – Party Guests arrive
10:30am/2pm – Program (length depends on age, the only time Earthplace staff are with you)
11:15am/2:45pm – Children returned to party space
11:15am/2:45pm – Treats, etc.
12pm/3:30pm – Guest leave, parents clean up and pack up
12:30/4pm – Parents leave
