2026/2027 Interest Form Now Available!

Open enrollment for students not presently attending the school for the following year begins in December. Enrollment priority is given to siblings of children currently attending the school. To attend our Chickadees (2s) classes, children must be 2 years of age by the end of that September. To enter the Meadowlark class (3s), Blue Jay (4s), and Barn Owls (5s) classes in September, the child must also reach the age of 3, 4, or 5 by the end of December.

Earthplace Preschool accepts Care4Kids.

The enrollment process is as follows:

1. Submit an interest form. We will add you to our interest list.
2. Once we know our availability, an email invitation will be sent for you to schedule a tour.
3. Sign up for a tour.
4. Attend your tour.
5. Post-Tour: As soon as you are ready to enroll your child (sign a contract and pay deposits), please email preschoolinfo@earthplace.org to begin the registration process.

We welcome students regardless of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, ability, gender, or family structure.

Tour

All families who submitted an interest form, available in October, will be contacted to schedule an Earthplace tour. This is a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have regarding our philosophy, procedures, curriculum and to see inside an Earthplace classroom.

Decision

Within 5 business days of your Earthplace tour, we ask that you inform us if you would like to be considered for enrollment for the upcoming school year by emailing preschoolinfo@earthplace.org. At that time, you will be placed on the waitlist for the 26/27 school year according to the date and time stamp on your response email.

Contract

If we are able to register your family, we will email you a contract and create a CampDoc account for your child. CampDoc is a payment and paperwork portal. Your family will have 5 business days to pay a non-refundable $300 registration fee, and a non-refundable $700 contract deposit, which is deducted from the overall tuition. Both the registration fee and deposit can be paid through your child's CampDoc account. After paying and returning the signed contract, your child's spot in the program is secure.

If Earthplace is unable to offer your family a space, you may choose to be placed on the interest list for future enrollment opportunities. To be added to the interest list, please email preschoolinfo@earthplace.org with the following:

Full Time 12 months (Aug-Aug) Full Day 8am-6pm
Part Time 9 months (Sept-May) Part Day 8:45am - 1:00pm

Please note that interest lists are not carried over year to year. But we are happy to keep a running interest list and advise families when it’s time to begin the enrollment process for next year.
