Hitch
Hitch gets her name from hitching a ride in a truck from Mississippi to Connecticut. She now lives with us in Animal Hall as she would’t survive in the harsh northern climate.

- Lifespan: 2-6 years in captivity
- Native to Southeastern United States
- Nocturnal and are the loudest in the evening
- Coloring can change depending on light and temperature
- Also have sticky toe pads
- Males are slightly smaller than females
