Join us as we gather ‘round for a little old-fashioned family fun as we roast marshmallows next to a crackling fire along with a guided night walk, a visit from a nocturnal animal, and more – it will be an evening the whole family will love!

Participants must provide their own roasting sticks.

Group Canoe Paddle

Our canoe paddles are a great way to spend an afternoon on the water with family or friends! Bring the whole family or come on your own and make some new friends. We will travel along the Saugatuck River in search of egrets, osprey, ducks, shorebirds and much more!

Join us as we identify local wildflowers on a stroll through the gardens and meadow with a naturalist Veronica Swain.

Pumpkin Carving & Painting

October 23rd, 2-3pm

It is always fun to decorate and carve pumpkins, but the mess isn’t. Leave the mess to us. Bring your pumpkin and we will provide supplies for you to decorate or carve your pumpkin. We will compost or feed the waste to our animals. A limited number of pumpkins will be available for purchase.

Bird Feeder Wreath Making

Make a fun wreath for the birds! Using native grasses, seedheads, and pinecones, create a work of art that also feeds our feathered friends.

Have you hired an instructor for your student(s) and are looking for some science enrichment activities? Earthplace is offering Science Activities in a box with easy to follow instructions for others to lead.

Each science box is $35 and contains enough for 2 participants.
