Open enrollment for students not presently attending the school for the following year begins in December. Enrollment priority is given to siblings of children currently attending the school. To attend our Chickadees (2s) classes children must be 2 years of age by the end of that September. To enter the Meadowlark class (3s & 4s), Oriole, Blue Jay (4s) and Barn Owls (5s) classes in September, the child must reach the age of 3, 4 or 5 years by December 31 of that year.
We welcome students without regard to their race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, ability, gender, or family structure.
Once we have received your interest form we will contact you to schedule a virtual meeting with the director of early childhood education. This is a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have regarding our philosophy, procedures and curriculum.
Within a week of your virtual meeting, we ask that you inform us of your decision by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
Upon deciding to enroll we will email you a contract and CampDoc account for your child. At that time we ask for a non-refundable $300 registration fee, a non-refundable $700 contract deposit, which is deducted from the overall tuition. Both the registration fee and deposit can be paid through your child's CampDoc account. After paying and returning the signed contract your child's spot in the program is secure.
