Senior Internships

The Senior Internship Program is offered by a number of the local area high schools under which high school seniors are allowed to participate in an internship at a possible career field venue during their last month of school instead of attending classes following AP exams. Harbor Watch acts as an internship site and gives these seniors the opportunity to get hands on experience in real science research. Interns form teams for field and lab monitoring, and work in all aspects of laboratory upkeep and supply maintenance. Information is available at participating high schools. Check with your guidance officer for more information on your school’s participation in this program.
